Morning of day 2 and we all got up about the same time, ate breakfast, slathered everyone in sunscreen, and then we were ready to head out to the beach. However, Mother Nature was not cooperating with us.
I caught Braden at the front door. He’s “looking for the sun.”
Finally, the sun made its debut!
We decided to skip the beach for the day, since someone is not a fan of the ocean, and go to the pool.
When we arrived Braden was content just splashing in the puddles.
However, the girls couldn’t get in the water fast enough!
Of course, our friend Ashlyn came with us and today her and Bailey were twins.
Brianna was jumping in the pool over and over and over.
Bailey played with Daddy for awhile.
Braden was skeptical as usual and stayed out of the pool playing with his beach ball.
Brianna joined in the fun with Daddy and Bailey.
Finally, Braden decided to give the water a try and take his turn with Daddy.
After all the fun at the pool it was time for lunch. After playing all day and getting a full belly, someone was ready for his N-A-P, as the girls like to say.
Now, Braden is asleep, the girls are playing UNO, and Daddy.....well, he was going to join them.
